Amending your booking

Please don't reschedule your booking if your session is due to start within 24 hours. It's very difficult for us to fill that spot at such short notice.

You can rearrange your booking for a different date and time via your online Pooch Park account. Please register for an account to do this.

Sadly we don't offer refunds
