Amending your booking
Please don't reschedule your booking if your session is due to start within 24 hours. It's very difficult for us to fill that spot at such short notice.
You can rearrange your booking for a different time via your online Pooch Park account. Please register for an account to do this.
Unfortunately we don't offer refunds.
The Gate Code
The Gate Code will be sent twice by email. Once in an 'appointment confirmed' email and again 1-2 hours before your session begins in a 'reminder' email.
